David sincerely supports Life as an Executive Advisor, Leadership Mentor, and Business Agility Coach, with an overall goal of helping individuals regain line of sight and inspiration for the "organizing causes" they (are trying to) identify with. His personal goal is for Life as "a working adult" to feel as wonderful as it did as an innocent child. The core tactic is a "restoration of curiosity" through a reduction in speculation and personal fear, in favor of the shared pursuit of what truly is known (together). Direct, shared experiences as a Team - a group of people sharing a cognitive space - brings awareness which yields healthy debate, full commitment, and accountability for meaningful Outcomes - those desired experiences of both Customers and Employees. As a consultant, he hopes to greatly expedite a compassionate and meaningful state of existence for working professionals.
