As part of David's time supporting the TRP Agile Center of Excellence, he greatly improved my team's understanding and use of agile best practices. Specifically, one of the areas that he helped my team was to develop a sprint delivery process that better aligns to the team's business delivery expectations. He attended numerous agile meetings with the technology and product owner teams, observing and providing valuable feedback when needed to help us align to best practices.

One major benefit of this was us (technology & POs) establishing a meeting to refine MBIs and build a sprint backlog with more defined work items. Whenever we had questions, he was more than happy to answer and provide artifacts that we could reference back to whenever we needed.

The end results of all of these efforts is being able to more efficiently deliver value for our business partners. We appreciate David's time with us and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
