I had the pleasure of working with David during the inaugural release of a business intelligence platform in an Education context, involving statistical analysis and predictive modeling.   Throughout the 10 month endeavor, he demonstrated a consistently high degree of professionalism with both technical and leadership skills.   He balances independence and initiative with a willingness to seek counsel.  In the inevitable challenges that arise during challenging initiatives of this high degree of complexity, he drove to resolution while maintaining team morale and productivity, while eagerly learning and adapting along the way.   In my 25 year career, he is exceptional in his ability to quickly dissect problems, identify alternatives, develop action plans, and marshal resources - all with personal grace and a comfortable style.
