Thank you for all of the effort and attention you have put into this brief 6 month engagement. We are far from a full Strategic / Cultural shift, but I think we were successful in ‘resetting’ the expectation and understanding what is in entailed in Agile/Lean methodologies. You brought a lot of visibility to how there are better more effective ways to do things. I have personally gotten a lot out of this, and I can see a path forward for us, and having more people understanding the direction and the intent helps when I am trying to explain the benefits to be had with these concepts.
I know these things are never easy, and I have the utmost respect for how you handle the pushback when trying to help companies with this stuff. I hope our people weren’t too rough on you, and I hope your next engagement goes just as good or better than this one. I know I am personally encouraged to continue based on the progress made to this point. I also appreciate the emotional support you have provided me personally through the ups and downs of this, because it is certainly a roller coaster.
