Most traditional Culture-Change advisors offer Services only on a full-time basis.   That’s incredibly expensive and usually brings you anxiety.  What will be accomplished, by when?  You feel every tick of the clock in a Time and Materials billing scheme.  Too often, you will cancel or opt not to renew the contract, not because of empirical evidence of successful Outcomes, but merely because of burn-rate on the expense.
