David led our team through a several month process to evaluate our team, listen to our ceremonies, and then tailor feedback and guidance to help our team perform more effectively, to maximize our strengths, and to help us adhere more closely to agile practices. 

David hosted multiple meetings with different audiences within the team and led with examples and instructions that helped those team members learn and become more comfortable with the changes he was recommending. 

David empowered our team members, encouraged everyone to participate, and helped us to focus on improving.  Additionally, David is a really nice guy.  Learning from David is so easy as he was able to connect to our team members, and brought a great sense of humor to our team.  We enjoyed our time with him and we are grateful for his guidance.
