David had a way of being the peacemaker and moderator of our organization, while successfully acknowledging the skills of each team's members, helping us all to grow.

In addition to being the glue that held our specific team together in turbulent times, he was one of the few managers I've ever worked with who really sought to and understood the work of the people he supported (developers, testers, analysts, DBAs). During the time I worked for David, he implemented new source control technology and new roles successfully to help standardize best practices and tighten security to the appropriate levels.
