David Harmony served a difficult and challenging Agile leadership role in our Modernization initiative from 2009 to 2012. He was our Change Agent as we evolved from our old, tried and proven Waterfall development methodology, to a new Agile culture. At times, we resisted, kicking and screaming into this brave new reality. We thank him for his calm demeanor, patience, and ability to inspire our Teams to move forward. He served as the hub for all dimensions of leadership on this initiative. It was a daunting, exasperating role at times, which he handled with grace under pressure. I sincerely appreciated David's hard work on this game changing initiative.
